Jay is a technology visionary with a long history of leveraging technology trends and applying them to business needs. As the founder of Gorilla Toolz, Jay envisioned a software platform to manage business ecosystems – software that created a seamless bond between a channel company (OEM) and its partner networks, resulting in improved sales performance, increased ROI, and better managed reseller/partner relationships for Gorilla Toolz clients.
Prior to founding Gorilla Toolz, Jay co-founded Leveraged Technology Inc. (LTI), a proprietary development and CRM integration consultancy. During his twenty years of leadership Jay led large CRM projects at many Fortune 100 companies including NYNEX (Verizon), AT&T, Prudential, Goldman Sachs, ServiceMaster and Honeywell.
Jay is a graduate of St. John’s University in New York.
Richard Siena, Chief Architect
As the Chief Architect for Gorilla Toolz, Richard brings deep expertise and a keen focus on developing high-reliability reusable technology. He seamlessly combines his business acumen with his technology skills to create game-changing business tools. In addition to his work at Gorilla Toolz, Richard has developed enterprise solutions for a number of Wall Street and Telecommunications companies.
Richard is a graduate of Hofstra University.
Mark Finkel, Strategic Advisor
Over a period of the past twenty-five years, Mark has worked as an Executive with high-growth technology companies in Silicon Valley and on the East Coast, resulting in four IPO’s and a number of M&A exits. He has also acted as a Consultant or acting Executive for over twenty companies. Mark serves as a Board member for a number of technology companies. Mark is strong both in strategic orientation and operational execution.
James Walker, SVP Customer Success
James is a skilled IT professional with a broad scope of business and technical expertise and a long history of successful customer engagements. James has been instrumental in working with customers to ensure successful program roll-outs. He brings strong business analysis and project management skills to the full life-cycle of each project engagement.
James is a graduate of Pomona College in California.
